IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF WASHINGTON COUNTY,PENNSYLVANIA ORPHANS'COURT DIVISION IN RE: ESTATE OF TIZIANO DaPRA, Deceased ) ) ) ) ) ) NO.'63-69-0791 PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE (Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949) TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,President Judge of said Division: The Petition of Robert DaPra respectfully represents that: 1.Your petitioner is administrator of the Estate of Tiziano DaPra,deceased,having been duly appointed by the Registe of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania,on July 1,1969. 2.The said Tiziano DaPra,who resided at 119-1/2 Greenside Avenue,Canonsburg,pennsylvania,at the time of his death died on November 15,1968,of injuries sustained when he fell on November 12,1968,on the steps of the Borough building of the Borough of Canonsburg inCanonsburg,Pennsylvania.The said Tiziano DaPra died intestate and his only heirs at law consisted of his four sons,all of whom are of age and sui juris and whose names and addresses are listed below: Valentino DaPra John DaPra Mario DaPra Robert DaPra 557 Tannehill Street Canonsburg,Pennsylvania 1214 Hoover Land Indianapolis,Indiana South Central Avenue Canonsburg,pennsylvania 449 McClelland Road Canonsburg,Pennsylvania. 3.The only asset of said decedent's estate is the sum of Five Hundred and no/lOO ($500.00)Dollars,received by peti- tioner under the terms of Order of the court of Common Pleas of J Washington County,Pennsylvania,filed July 10,1969,at No.59 July Term,1969,A.D.in settlement of an action filed by your petitioner under the provisions of Section 603 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended.A conformed copy of said Order and of the petition on which it was based :tis attached as Exhibit "A". 4.No one has claimed or is entitled to c.laim the family exemption. 5.All costs and legal expenses in connection with settlement of said estate are being paid by the insurer of the Borough of Canonsburg,and all debts of the decedent and funeral expenses were paid by the heirs except for the following,which have been paid by the administrator out of the assets of the estate: Dr.Richard E.Hershey-balance of medical bill Louis N.Sollon Funeral Home - ambulance service $100.00 20.00 6.As will appear by reference to the Petition to Settle and Compromise Wrongtul Death and Survival Actions filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County,Pennsylvania at No.59 July Term,1969,A.D.,a copy of which is attached as Exhibit IlA", all of the heirs of the above-named decedent have joined in the settlement and have approved the payment of the claims herein- above referred to. 7.Ohio Casualty Company is surety on the petitioner's administration bend. WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court that an Order be made under the provisions of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended,ratifying the payment of the claims heretofore made by petitioner and directing distribu- tion of the balance in equal one-fourth shares to the four children of the decedent and directing that,upon the filing of the Re- ceipts your petitioner and his surety shall be discharged• ..
