PETITION TO SETTLE
SMALL ESTATE
AND NOW corn the Executors SAMUEL S. CALLERY and HELENIL.
CALLERY and Petition your honorable Coutt to allow the settling
of the above estate on Petition and set forth as follows:
1. That the decedent died testate on May 30, 1969.
2. A Will dated June l, 1960, named as executors
Samuel S. Callery and Helen L. Callery who were duly issued letter~
testamentary on.June 27, 1969, as evidenced by a copy of the Will
and return of the letters attached hereto.
3. That the sole assets of the estate were discovered
to be household furnishings which were sold at auction on August
30, 1969, for the total sum of $453.00 and a West Penn Power
Utility rebate of $2.6T for a total of $455.61.
4. That the following debts were necessarily incurred
and paid to determine assets and administer the estate:

in the County oj Washington and .State of Pennsylvania, being of sound
mind, memory and understanding, and considering the uncertainty of ltfe, do hereby make, publz:r:;h
and declare this my last 'U'I.'li!l and U:estament, hereby revoking and making void any and all
former TiVills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct that all m.y just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executricies
he;-einafter named, as~soon after my deceose as may be convenient.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ( $500. 00)
Dollars to my daughter Dorot;hy Mae Johns, payable from the first
proceeds of my estate and fully exempt from any paym2nt of inbeirit-
ance or estate taxes. Said taxes to be paid from the residue of
my estate.
THIRD: I h~reby give, devise and bequeath, the entire remainder
of my estate, both real and personal of any nature whatsoever to be
d~_vided equally between my four children, Dorothy Mae Johns, Laura
Jean Kearns, Willis Johns, and Walter E. Johns,share and share alike.
FOURTH: I hereby authorize and empower my hereinafter named
executricies to sell and dispose of any and all of my real or per:sona.l ·
property of any nature whatsoever to effectuate the above purposes
of my will, \vithoLlt the posting of bond or petitioning of court
prior to said sale.
No bond is required to be given by the executricies in the
administration of my estate, and that if notwithstanding this request_,
any bond is required by any law, statute or rule of court, no
sureties be required ti:~refore.
AND LASTLY.--! do make, constitute and appoint Samuel S. Callery and Helen L.
Calleryto be Executors ofthis my last Will and Testament.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: Whereas, at Washington, m the County aforesaid
on the 27th. day of June A. D. 19 69 , before me,
Russell Marino , Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting
Letters of Administration in and for the County of Washington, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
the last Will and Testament of
JAMES W. JOHNS
late of West Pike Run Township in the County aforesaid, deceased,
(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed), was duly admitted to probate; and
Samuel s. Callery and Helen L. Callery
the Executors in said Will and Testament named, having appeared before me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office prescribed by law;
:'-JOW, THEREFORE, I, Russell Marino , Register as aforesaid, do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY, unto the said
Samuel S. Callery and Helen L. Callery
committing unto them the administration of all and singU'lar the goods and
chattels, rights and credits, which were of· said deceased, and requiring them
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office, at Washington, within ninety
days from the date hereof, and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof, and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and the seal
