(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed), was duly admitted to probate; and

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Russell •. X'ine , Register as aforesaid, do
grant these LETTERS TEST AMENT AR Y, unto the said
Laurina DeGeerge
committing unto Her the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels, rights and credits, which were of said deceased, and requiring Her
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office, at Washington, within ninety
days .from the date hereof, and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof, and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

We, DmmNIC. DiNICOLA and LILLIA DiNICOLA, of 28 South
McKean Avenue, Donora, Washington County, Pennsylvania, being of
sound disposing mind, memory and understanding,, do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be our last Will and Testament, thereby
revoking and making null. and void any and all Wills, Testaments or
Writings, in the nature thereof, by us at any time h~retofore made.
FIRST: We direct that all our just debts and funeral ex-
..
penses to be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently nay be
after our decease.
SECOND: The one surviving the other is to inherit all
property (real, personal or mixed) of the other,-to be used as the
survivor may see fit, but should both die, or if when both shRll be
dead and no individual Will or Testament shall have been made, then
the property of both shall be treated as one and the same, and be
disposed of as hereinafter provided.
THIRD: We give, bequeath and devise all of our estate to
our daughter, Lauri.na DeGeorge.
FOURTH: We hereby make, constitute and appoint our
daughter, Laurina DeGeorge as Executrix of this our last Will and
.f-v Testament.
'IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and
seals this 8th day of November, A. D. 1954.

Borough of Donora, Washington County, Pennsylvania, and
being part of Lot 271 in Charles DeHass Plan of Lots called
"Town of Columbia" in said borough and which part of said
Lot 271 1 in said Plan of Lots, is described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the North side of Mulberry
Alley and the East side of McKean Avenue, as extended and
now located (which avenue was formerly known as Fourth
Street in said Plan of Lots); thence, along McKean Avenue
North 35° 01 1 East, a distance of 24.46 feet to a point;
thence, South 490 32' East ~jistance of 60.67 feet to a
point; thence, North 380 2f. !4, a distance of 3.8 feet to a
point; thence, South 510 36' East, a distance of 114.4 feet
to a point on the West side of Pike Alley; thence, along
Pike Alley South 38° 24 1 West, a distance of 26.03 feet to a
point at the North line of Mulberry Alley; thence, along
same North 51° 36 1 West, a distance of 173.49 feet to the
place of beginning and having erected thereon a two story
frame dwelling house (one-half of a duplex).
BEING the sam~ parcel conveyed to Domenico DiNicola
and Lilia DiNicola, his wife, by deed of Giandomenico
Dandreamatteo, dated April 18, 1930, and recorded in the
Recorder's Office in Deed Book 570, Page 62. The said
Lilia DiNicola died on April 27 1 1962 and title vested by
operation of ·law in Domenico DiNicola.
