revoking and making void all other Wills or Testaments heretofore I

named, pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my

SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of my property,
real, personal or mixed, wheresoever the same may be situate, to
my children: Tresa Welsh; my daughter, of Beadling, Pennsylvania;
Joseph Michalic, my son, of Finleyville, Pennsylvania; Mary Cherry,
my daughter, of Bridgeville, Pennsylvania; Andrew· Michalic, my son,
of Finleyville, Pennsylvania; John Michalic, my son, of the State
of Alabama; and, Kctthryn Prokop, my daughter, of Finleyville,
Pennsylvania, share and share alike.
THIRD: I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint
my daughter, Tresa Welsh, to be the Executrix of this.my Last Will . and Testament, to serve without bond.

Our copy of the Statement of Debts and Deductions will be amended
