ESTATE OF JOHN YASKO,

PETITION TO SETTLE SMALL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Helen Amorose, sister of the decedent, John
Yasko, respectfully represents:
1. The said John Yasko died intestate on May 29, 1969.
2. The only asset in his estate is a 1961 Ford Galaxie,
Serial number Cl4515825.
3. The decedent left no widow or children and the only
heir is his sister, Helen Amorose, the petitioner herein.
4. No letters of administration have been issued.
5. Your petitioner has paid the funeral director, DeAngelo
Mortuary, the sum of $1800.00 for the funeral expenses of the
decedent.
6. The value of the automobile owned by the decedent is
$350.00. The affidavits of two automobile salesmen are attached
hereto.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays your Honorable Court to
award said automobile to your petitioner.
