PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN
TO THE HONORABLE, THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
OF 1969
The petition of FRED D. tA!ILSON II, a minor, and FRED
D. WILSON and DORIS WILSON, his wife, his parents, respectfully
sets forth:
1. The name of the minor is Fred D. ttlilson II. He
was born on March 22, 1949, and is twenty (20) years of age. He
and his parents above named reside in Canton Township, Washington
County, Pennsylvania, their post office address being 1965 Nation
al Pike West, Washington, Pennsylvania.
2. The minor's parents consent to and join in this
petition.
3. Since the settlement in this case has been approved
in open court before the Honorable Harold V. Fergus, it is not
necessary for the minor to appear in court in this proceeding.
4. Appointment of a guardian for said minor is
necessary and the minor has no guardian.
s. The proposed guardian is Pittsburgh National Bank,
6 South Main Street, Washington, Pennsylvania.
6. The proposed guardian has no interest adverse to
the minor, and is not the fiduciary or an officer or employee of
the corporate fiduciary of an estate in which the minor has an
interest, nor the surety or an officer or employee of the
corporate surety of such a fiduciary.
7. The estate of the minor consists of the sum of
Five Thousand Eight Hundred Thirteen and 25/100 ($5,813.25)
Dollars in cash, being the proceeds of a settlement for personal
injuries suffered by the miner in an accident, which settlement
was approved by the Court of Common Pleas of tll]ashington County
~n proceedings at No. 82 November Term, 1968, A.D.
8. No insurance or other gratuity is payable to the
minor by the United States Veterans' Administration or its
successor.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pray that the Court will appoint
Pittsburgh National Bank as guardian of the estate of Fred D.
Hilson II.
