OF SMALL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE PAUL A. SIMMONS, PRESIDING JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Andrew J. Pihiou respectfully
represents: 1
. 1. Andrew J. Pihiou is an. individual residing at
McGregor Drive, McClellan Highlands, North Strabane Township,
Washington, County, Pennsylvania •.
2. On September 11, 1967, Stella Pihiou, herein called
"Decedent" di~d domiciled in Pennsylvania, a resident of 505
Blaine Avenue, Canonsburg, Washington County, Pennsylvania.
3. The decedent died intestate 11 survived by five
children as her only heirs at law, said children being, Chris J.
Pihiou, George J. Pihiou, Andrew J. Pihiou, Mary Silvestros and
Alice J. Angelo.
4. Letters of Administration have not been granted.
5. All debts of the decedent within the kno~ieclge of -
your Petitioner have been paid bi your Petitioner, including
expenses incidental to the last illness and burial of the decedent
6. All transfer Inheritance Taxes have been paid.
7. Decedent's estate exclusive of real estate at
the time of her death consisted solely of 24 shares of Continen-
tal Can Company Stock appraised.at 55 5/8 having a total value
of $1 1 335.00. 'By certificate dated September 15, 1970~ an
additional 12 shares of stock was received in the name of the
decedent as a stock dividend.
8. Begtrining by check dated September 151 1967 and
for each quarter thereafter, dividends checks have been received
by the heirs on the above stock payable to the order of Stella
Pihiou.
9. All parties in interest in this proceeding are Sui
Juris, and have joined in the prayer of this petition. Their
consents are attached hereto and marked Exhibit A.
' WHEREFORE, the Petitioner requests the Court pursuant
to Section 3102 of the Probate Estates & Fiduciaries Code to
award distribution of the Estate of the decedent to your
Petitioner, Andrew J. Pihiou.

of Small Estate, and it appearing that the only undistributed
assets in the Estate of Stella Pihiou consist of 36 shares of
Continental Can Company Inc. Common Stock, and dividends thereon.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED that the said shares
shall be transferred to ANDREW J. PIHIOU, or his assigns, and
the agent for Continental Can Company Inc. is directed upon
