County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understand-
ing, do hereby make my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
and declaring null and ~oid any and all wills or papers in the
nature thereof heretofore made by rne.
FIRST: I give, devise and bequeath all my estate,
real, personal and mixed and wheresoever situate, to my wife,
Anna Sten, provided my said wife survives me; and in the event
she does not survive me I give~ devise and bequeath all my estate,
real, personal and mixed, in equal shares to my three childl'8n:-
Edith Gilmore, Venetia, R. ·D. #l, Pennsylvania; Dorothy Sten,
R. D. #5, Washington, Pennsylvania, and John B. Sten, R. D. #5,
Washington, Pennsylvania, share and share alike, their heirs and
assigns.
SECOND: I nominate, constitute and appoint my son,
John B. Sten, Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament.
