Your sister, Margot H. Leinberger, will present a petition
to the Orphans' Court of Washington County, Pennsylvania, for
settlement of your father's estate.
As you know~ the assets thereof were of little value,
totaling $240.00, and consisted of old farm machinery, furniture,
and a 1951 Nash Sedan.
The debts of the estate, paid after the death of Mr. Leinberger,
exclusive of Court costs, amounted to $1060.00. Debts in connection
with his illness, prior to death, totaled $813.55.
Margot H. Leinberger has paid all of these claims and in
order to transfer the farm machinery and automobile to her it is
necessary to petition the Court for the necessary authority for
such transfer.
Will you kindly execute the enclosed consent and return to
me in the enclosed envelope.
