It is noted that on May 30, 1969 John S. Baldwin took the life of his wife, Helen Baldwin, and then took his own life. All of the property in the estate belonged prior to their deathsto John S. L. 816, Section 5, 20 P.S. 3445 it is believed that all of the property owned by the tenantsby the entireties became the property of the estate of Helen Baldwin.
