Taylor, Administrator of the Estate of Mary Ruth Taylor, deceased, by his attorney, Joseph L. Hoffmann, respectfully represents: 1. The decedent, Mary Ruth Taylor, a resident of The Borough of Donora, Washington County, Pennsylv~nia, died intestate on February 3, 1969. 2. That Letters of Administration were granted by the Register of Wills of Washington County, Pennsylvania, to your petitioner, on February 10, 1969. 3. That your petitioner has filed a bond in the sum of $6,000.00 with the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company as surety thereon. 4. The decedent, at the time of her death, was seized of the following described real estate situate in The Borough of Donora, Washington County, Pennsylvania~ Lot No. 18 in Block No. 22, lying between Kenric Avenue and Alley Avenue, fronting on Kenneth Street, 40 feet, and running back. 120 feet; and having erected thereon a two story frame dwelling house. The assessment thereof is as follows: 2 story frame house, $1620.00; Lot 18, Block 22, $180.00; total assessment, $1800.00. Attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is a copy of the assessment thereof. 5. That your petitioner has entered into an agreement with Defendo Augustine and Pasqualina Augustine, his wife, to purchase said real estate for the sum of $7400.00. A copy of the agreement is hereto attached as Exhibit "B." 6. That there are no liens or encumbrances entered of ~ecord against said real estate. 7. That your petitioner is the only person interested in the distribution of said estate. 8.
