1. That a copy of the Order of the Court in the case
1 involving John L. Progar, Administrator of the Estate of Sharon
llAnn Progar, Deceased, vs. The Washington Hospital, et al., at

~e aforesaid and approving the compromise and settlement of
cases has been filed with the undersigned.
2. That the undersigned has determined that the said
Administrator shall be required to post an additional bond in

(g) As a condition to distribution to Mary
Horner of the $269.75 share which would
have been payable to John F. Horner, now
deceased, she is directed to execute an
indemnifying release to save harmless defend-
ants and John L. Progar, Administrator of the
Estate of Sharon Ann Progar, Deceased,
and as Trustee ad litem, from claims of
creditors or distributees of the Estate of
John F. Horner in an amount not to exceed
$269.75plus costs and expenses of defending
any such claim.
(h) The Prothonotary is directed to receive,
acknowledge and record the within petition
and this order of court in accordance with
his usual and customary procedures subject
only to these restrictions:
