According to our records,the inheritance tax return for the above
estate has not been filed.
Und~r the Inheritance and Es~ate Tax Act ~f 1961,this return and
taxes due thereon became delinquent when not filed .:lnd paid within nine (9)
months (one year if death .occurred prior to Decembe~22,1965 and fiftee~(15)
months if death occurred on or after December 22,1~65 but prior to June 17,1971:
after the decedent's death.
Section 791 of this Act provides that any person who wilfully fails to,
file ~return required under the provision of this ~ct shall be personally liable
to a penalty of twenty-five per cent (25/0)of thet-:lx determined to be due or
~l,OOO.OO,whichever is less.This penalty is in ajdition to any other liabilities
imposE,d by the Ac t.
