PETITION TO SETTLE SMALL ESTATE

OOURT:
PETITION OF WILLIAM W.REESE,JR.and SARAH R.WARRICK,
R~SPECTFULLY REPRESENTS THAT:
1.The Petitioners are adult individuals who reside in
t~e City of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania.The
Petitioner William W.Reese,Jr.has a post office address at
7~5 Duncan Avenue,Washington,Pennsylvania,and the Petitioner
Sarah R.Warrick has a post office address at 121 East Hallam
A~enue,Washington,Pennsylvania.
2.The Petitioners are brother and sist~r and are the
o~ly children of WilliamW.Reese,Sr.
3.William W.Reese,Sr.died testate and a widower on
February 13,1969,at the Washington County Home for Aged Men.·
4.In his Last Will and Testament dated November 5,1949,
the said William W.Reese,Sr.gave his entire estate unto
hi3 wife Anna F.Reese who predeceased him and provided that
if his said wife should not survive him,his entire estate would
be distributed to his two (2)children,the Petitioners herein.
5.At the time of his death the entire estate of
Wi~liam W.Reese,Sr.consisted of 40 shares of the common
st0ck of Washington Steel Corporation as follows:
Certificate No.C03826 -10 shares.
Certificate No.C09397 10 shares
Certificate No.C036916 -20 shares.
Sai:i stock at that time had a value of $19.13 per share or a
total value of $765.20.

6.The DecedentTs funeral bill in the amount of $1,020.01)
has been paid and there are no other outstanding debts or
obligations of the Decedent.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioners,pursuant to Section 202
of the FiduciaryTs Act of 1949 as amended,pray your Honorable
Court to award distribution to them of the DecedentTs Estate
without notice or appraisal,consisting of 40 shares of
Washington Steel Corporation common stock and further pray
your Honorable Court to direct Washington Steel Corporation to
transfer the said certificates to their names or to whom they
may assign.
And they will ever pray,etc.
