The Petition of William D.Phillips,respectfully re-
presents:
1.That your petitioner is Administrator of the Estate 0 .
Melvin H.Moore,Deceased,and is,therefore,a party in interest
in his estate.
2.That the decedent,Melvin H.Moore,died,intestate,
on 3eptembe!r 23,1968,at the·Washington County Horne,Washington,
Pen~sy1vania,his residence at that time being 270 Allison Avenue,
Was:1ington,.Pennsy1vania.
3.That Letters of Administration were granted on the
decedent's estate on May 28,1969,to William D.Phillips,for
purposes of filing suit on this estate,and the Letters were never
advertised.
4.That decedent's only survivors are:
Marilyn J.Martin,granddaughter,residing at
Hamilton,New York 13346
Glen Edward Johnston,grandson,residing at
148 W.88th Street,New York,N.Y.

to the provision of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of April

en~er a Decree of Distribution,authorizing and directing William
