Beatrice L.Rasel,his Wife,of the City oj Washington,Washington eoun~y,Pennsylvania,as appears by a copy of the proposed ·~ eed attached hereto and made a part he~eof. 4.That there is attached he~eto Affidavit of two responsible persons familiar with real estate values,giving the fair market value of said real estate proposed to be sold. 5.That your petitioner filed a Corporate Surety Bond iB the sum of $8,000.00 upon her appointment in Lucas County,Ohio a=oresaid,and as set forth and referred to in the Exemplification aforesaid,and a Corporate Surety Bond in the sum of $5,000.00 upon the sale of the other real estate interest of the decedent in Pennsylvania,as appears in your Honorable Court at No.1497 of 1968. 6.That there are no known cxeditors in the Commonwealt~ of Pennsylvania,and the Pennsylvania inheritance tax has been paid in full.
