PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE

TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,President JUdge:
The Petition of CQuis'!J:;Wilson,Leonard J.Wilson and
Ralph C.Wilson respectfully represents that:
1.R.Rebecca Wilson,whose place of residence was 50
Pointview Drive in the City of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,died on-May 15,1969,at Washington Manor,Manor Roa ,
Washington,Pennsylvania.
2.The s~id R.Rebecca Wilson's Estate at the time of her
·jeath consisted of personal effects having no monetary value and
~hecking account No.707~8l5l3 in the Washington Office of Pitts-
burgh National Bank in which the balance on the date of her death
lias $679.63......
3.The said R.Rebecca Wilson left to survive her as her
cnly heirs at law the following-listed children,all of whom are
cf age and .sui juris:·.Louj:,s~.'J::.Wilson,32 Erie Street,Washington
Pennsylvania;Leonard J.Wilson,~O·Deckard,Dorchester,
Massachusetts;and Ralph C.Wilson,590~North 19th Street,
Philadelphia,Pennsylvania.
~.The said R.Rebecca Wilson was not a member of the
same household as any of her children at the time of her death and
no one is entitled to claim the family exemption.
5.The only debts of said estate are the following:
McCreight,Marriner &McCreight -legal services and costs $86.00
Quinn R.Banks -funeral bill 928.50

WHEREFORE,your petitioners pray your Honorable Court
under the provisions of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of
1949,as amended,to order distribution of the estate of the said
R.Rebecca Wilson by Pittsburgh National Bank as follows:

that the Estate of the said R.Rebecca Wilson,consisting of

Pittsburgh National Bank be distributed by Pittsburgh National
Bank as follows:
