FOR THE ESTATE OF JOHN THOMAS WILLIAMS,a minor
TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
1.The petitioner is Evelyn Ward who resides at 540
South Central Avenue,Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania'
2.That your petitioner is the mother of John Thomas
Williams,a minor,6 years of age who was born on July 19,1963
residing at 540 South Central Avenue,Canonsburg,Washington
County,Pennsylvania.
3..That it is necessary to appoint a guardian tor the
estate of the said minor for the reason that he is to receive
the sum of THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVEN and 71/100 ($3,107.71)
DOLLARS In the settlement of a Trespass action.
4.That the said minor has no guardian of his estate.
5.The name and address of the proposed guardian of
the said minor's estate is Thelma M.Barsody,R.D.#1,Canons-
burg,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
6.That the proposed guardian has no interest adverse
to the minor and is not the fiduciary or officer or employee of
a corpora~e fiduciary of any estate in which the minor has an in-
t.erest.
7.Your Petitioner is entitled to the sum of $3,107.tl
~hich sum is due him as a compromise settlement in a Trespass
action in the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County,Pennsyl
vania,at No.253 NOMember Term,1968,A.D.The sum~aforesaid
are the assets of the minor's estate.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to appoint as the Guardian of his Estate.

The Petition of THELMA M.BARSODY,Guardian of the Estate of
JOHN THOMAS WILLIAMS,a minor,respectfully represents:
1.That your Petitioner was duly appointed Guardian of the Estate of
John Thomas Williams,a minor,by Decree of your Honorable Court,dated June 2,1969
at No.656 of 1969.
2.That the said John Thomas Williams is ten (10)years of age,
having been born on July 19 ,1963,and that he res ides at 540 Sou .th CentraI Ave,
Canonsburg,Wash ington County;Pennsylvania,15317.
3.That the Estate of said minor consists of $.3,708.76 in a
Savings Account with the SLOVEN IAN SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION of
Canonsburg,Pa.
4.That the said minor is in need of clothing and the same was pur-
chased for him at the BON TONIS YOUNG WORLD,18 West Chestnut Street,Washington.
Pa.in the sum of SIXTY TWO and 03/100 ($62.03)DOLLARS and shoes purchased for him
at BROWN'S BOOT SHOPS,38 North Main Street,Washington,Pa.in the sum of
