The Petition of Gladys L.Daley and Gai.Linn Tatrai,respectfully
represents:
1.That your petitioners were appointed guardians of the Estate of
Peter John Daley II,a minor,by Decree of Your Honorable Court dated February
19,1971.
2.That your petitioners entered upon their duties and file herewith
their true accounting of said guardianship,which shows a balance of $3,782.96
for distribution.
3.That the said Peter John Daley II,became of full age on
August 8,1971,and your petitioners have exhibited to him the accounting of

their guardianship of his estate and the said Peter John Daley II has executedj
a Receipt and Release which is attached hereto releasing and discharging your
petitioners from all claims of any nature arising out of said guardianship.
WHEREFORE,your petitioners pray your Honorable Court to approve theI
accounting of their guardianship,filed herewith,to direct payment of the
balance shown by said accounting unto Peter John Daley II and to discharge your
petitioners from further duties as guardians of said minor.
