I N THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF WASHINGTON COUNTY,PENNSYLVANIA ORPHANS'COURT DIVISION IN RE:·ESTATE OF ANTHONY AMBROSE,,;NO.·'.·Deceased PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT.O}i'SMALL ESTATE TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT: The Petition of Margaret Conti respectfully represents: 1.That Anthony Ambrose died intestate on'Febr~aty 13,1969,· while residing with the Petitipner hereip,at 145 State Street, Spe.ers Hill,Borough of.Gharleroi,1'lashington County,'Pennsylvania 2.Your Petitioner,vThose address is 145 State Street, Speers Hill,Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania is one of the daughters of the Decedent"and on the date of Decedent's death,she formed part of the Decedent's household. 3.That the Petitioner is one of·the children of the Decedent,'\'lho constituted part of the Decedent's household and is entitled to the family exemption. 4.That the Petitioner made a diligent search of the p03ses~ions and documents of the Decedent,and after such search could not find or discover tha,t.the Deced~nt had executed a Will during hi~lifetime. 5.That the assets of the Estate of the Decedent is as follows:1968 Plymouth Fury II,2 door hardtop automobile, PM23-F8F250644,and is valued at One Thousand,Six Hundred Tw~nty- five and no/100 ($1,625.00)Dollars,Nhich is the average of the estimated value of One Thousand,Six Hundred Fifty and no/100 ($1,650.00)Dollars received from Vizza Motor Company,Belle Vernon,Pennsylvania and the estimated value of One Thousand, Six Hundred and no/100 ($1,600.00)Dollars received from Lazzari Motor Co:npany of .Monongahela,Pennsylvania,a.copy of which estimate:s are attached hereto and ma.rked as Exhibits No:s.1 and 2 respectively,and a Consumers Life Insurance COlnpany check for rebate on insurance,in the amount of Seventy-four and 93/100 ($74.93)Dollars,made paya.ble to the E:state of Anthony Ambrose.
