TO:THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of John D'Amico and Genevieve Easter,
Administrators,respectfully represents:
1.That Oriente D'Amico,also known as Jack D'Amico,
died a resident of the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,on December 15,1966,intestate.
2.Letters of Administration were granted to John
D'Amico,Genevieve Easter and Mayo D'Amico on January 11,1967,
upon the filing by your Petitioners of an Administration Bond in
the sum of $lb,ooo.qO.See Bond Book 62 page __~2~4__
Mayo D'Amico died __~F~e~b~r~u~ar~'~y~1~6~,__1~9~6~9 _
The sai
'3.The said decedent died seized of interest in the
fo110w~n~parcel of ground (sale of which has been negotiated):.
ALL that certain parcel of ground situate in the
First Ward of the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being all of Lot No.207,
Block 8 of the Cecil Improvement Company Plan No.1
(said Plan being of record in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Washington County,in
Plan Book 2 page 15~)fronting 30 feet on the north
side of Adams Avenue and extending back 100 feet to
Ash Alley;on which is erected a two-story block
house known as 507 Adams Avenue,Canonsburg,Penna.

BEING the same premises conveyed to Oriente D'Amico
by deed of Nicola DeCecco,widower,et al.,dated
June 11,1948,recorded in Deed Book 758 page 115.
The said Oriente D'Amico died December 15,1966.
4.The property has been appraised for Inheritance
Tax:purposes at·$5,700.00.
5.The total assets of the estate appears to be
$12,394.50,including the selling price of said land.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioners respectfully pray that your
Honorable Court determine if additional security is needed as
~equired under Section 541 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,and
They will ever pray,etc.
