APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN
TO THE HONORABLE,THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of ANDREW MICHAEL RETUCCI,a minor upder the
a§e of fourteen (14),and MICHAEL JAMES RETUCCI,a minor under the ag

of fourteen (14),by Josephine Elizabeth Retucci,their parent,respectfully
states:
1.Andrew Michael Retucci was born on the 12th day of December
1958,and Michael James Retucci was born on the 20th day of July,1962,
and both minors reside at Millsboro,Washington County,Pennsylvania,wit·
Josephine Elizabeth Retucci,their mother.
2.The said minors are the children of Andrew M.Retucci who
died on February 23,1969,and Josephine Elizabeth Retucci of Millsboro,
WaShington County,Pennsylvania.
3.It is necessary that a guardian of the estate be appointed for
tee reason that the minors are entitled to substantial sums from the Estate
0:1 Andrew M.Retucci who died on February 23,1969,pursuant to the
IEtestate Act of 1947,as amended.

4.The proposed guardian is the Pittsburgh National Bank located
at 6 South Main Street,Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
5.The proposed guardian has no interest adverse to that of the
minors and is not a fiduciary or an officer or employee of the corporate
fiduciary of an estate in which the minor has an interest nor surety or an
officer or employee of the corporate surety of such a fiduciary.
6.The Estate of the minors consists of two-thirds (2/3)of a
one-half (1/2)interest in a partnership,of which the deceased,mentioned in
paragraph number three (3)was a partner,having an approximate value of
$11,586.00.
7.Notice of the presentation of this Petition has been given to
Chief Attorney,Veterans Administration,1000 Liberty Avenue,Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania,15222.
WHEREFORE,your petitioners,Andr~w Michael Retucci and
Michael James Retucci,both minors under fourteen (14)years of age,by
Josephine Elizabeth Retucci,who petitions on behalf of the minors,pray the
Court to appoint the Pittsburgh National Bank of 6 South Main Street,
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,Guardian of the said minors
estates under the provisions of Section 1011 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949.
ACCEPTANCE BY CORPORATE GUARDIAN
The Pittsburgh National Bank agrees to accept the appointment as
Guardian of the estates of Andrew Michael Retucci and Michael James Retucci.
