TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Anthony J.Bamonte and Jane M.Bamonte,
and Amelia B.Dricot and Jean Dricot,her husband,respectfully
represents:
1.That yoUr Petitioners,Anthony J.Bamonte and Jane
M.Bamonte,are the father and mother and natural guardians of th
following minor children,both of whom reside with Jane M.Bamorit~,
their mother,in North Franklin Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania:
a)DOUGLAS BAMONTE,born June 11,1957;
b)ROBERT BAMONTE,born January 23,1953.
2.That your Petitioners,Amelia B.Dricot and Jean
Dricot,are the father and mother and natural guardians of the
following minor children,both of whom reside with them at
33 Southfield Road,Mt.Vernon,New York:
a)FRANCESCA MICHELE DRICOT,born March 6,1956;
b)CLAUDIA MONIQUE DRICOT,born February 20,1957.
3.That the four minors aforesaid are the specific
devisees under the Will of their grandfather,Angelo Bamonte,
of a certain house and lot situate at 665 East Beau Street,
Borough of East Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,whic
said Will is probated in the Register of Wills Office of Washingto
County in Will Book 105,page 390.
4.That said minors and their respective parents and
guardians are unable to occupy the devised property,as the two
minors,Francesca Michele Dricot and Claudia Monique Dricot,
reside with their parents in New York State,and the two minors,
Douglas Bamonte and Robert Bamonte,reside with their mother,
Jane M.Bamonte,who has a permanent place of residence in N.
Franklin Township,Washington Co.,Pennsylvania,which she cannot
change.
5.That no guardian has been approved for the Estates
of said minors.
6.That it is to the best interests of said minors
that the property situate at 665 East Beau Street,Borough of
East Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,be sold and the
proceeds of said sale be distributed to a guardian of their estat s.
7.Your Petitioners allege that a Petition will be
presented to this Honorable Court authorizing the Executors of
the Estate of Angelo Bamonte,Deceased,to sell said property at
private sale and praying that the proceeds be distributed to a
guardian to be appointed by this Honorable Court,and that said
guardian shall receive and administer the moneys obtained from
the sale of said real estate.
8.That your Petitioners make choice of,and respect-
fully request your Honorable Court,pursuant to the Fiduciaries
Act of Pennsylvania,to appoint PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK (Washing n
Branch)as Guardian of the Estates of said minors.
9.The proposed Guardian,Pittsburgh National Bank,
has no interest adverse to the minors,and is not the fiduciary
or an officer or employee of the corporate fiduciary of an estate
in which the minors have an interest,nor the surety or an
officer or employee of the corporate surety of such fiduciary.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioners pray your Honorable Court
to appoint PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK Guardian of the Estates of
DOUGLAS BAMONTE,a minor,ROBERT BAMONTE,a minor,FRANCESCA
MICHELE DRICOT,a minor,and CLAUDIA MONIQUE DRICOT,a minor.

The petition of Pittsburgh National Bank,guardian
of the estates of Douglas Bamonte,Robert Bamonte,Francesca
Michele Dricot,and Claudia Monique Dricot,~inors,and
Anthony J.Bamonte and Amelia B.Dricat,executors of the
will of Angelo Bamonte,late of the Borough of East Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,deceased,respectfully
represents:
1.Angelo Bamonte,widower,whose domicile was
at the said Borough of East Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,died testate,March 26,1968.His:last will
dated.August 28,1967,and a holographic codicil dated
December 12,1967,were duly probated in the office of t~
Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania,and are
of record there in Will Book 105,page 390.A true and complete
copy of said will and codicil marked Exhibit "All is attached
hereto and made part hereof.Letters testamentary for the
administration of the estate were duly issued by said Register
of Wills to the executors named in the will,the said Anthony
J.Bamonte and Amelia B.Dricot,respectively the son and
daughter of the testator,who have qualified and are now acting
as such executors,and join in this petition under the provisions
of sec.5hl of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,20 PS 320.54],for

the proper administration and distribution of the estate.
They have not heretofore given bond as such fiduciaries.
2.Said executors have filed an inventory and
appraisement of the estate of the said Angelo Bamonte,deceased,
showing personalty totalling $16,850.3v,of which the bulk
consists of stocks,and real estate all in Pennsylvania
of a total appraised value of $112,100.00,all still
unliquidated,or a total estate of $128,950.37,including
the residence of the testdDr,described in the inventory and
appraisement as a house and lot,No.·665 East Beau Street,
East Washington,Pennsylvania,appraised at ~~30,000.00.The
other real estate consists of three improved city properties
in the First and Fifth Wards of the City of Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,total appraised value
$72,000.00,a tract of 41.22 acres and an unidivided one-
half interest in another tract of 28 acres,both tracts
unimproved and situate in South Strabane Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,of a total appraised value of $10,100.00.
3.Said executors have not filed an account,nor
paid the Pennsylvania transfer and Untted States estate taxes.
estimated roughly to be in the neighborhood of $7,000.00 and
$5,000.00,respectively.Current real estate taxes on assets
in the estate are unpaid.
1-1-.Paragraph 2 of the said will devises testator's
res idence property,described as "my dwelling house knmm as
665 East Beau Street,East Washington,Pennsylvania,"to said
Anthony J.Bamonte,the son,for life,with remainder equally
to the son's two named children,Douglas Bamonte and Robert
Bamonte.Said codicil alters said devise,and in lieu thereof
devises testator's "property on 665 E.Beau St.,Washington,
Pa ~l,equally to testator's "four grandchildren.tf Said four
grandchildren of testator are the said Douglas Bamonte and

Robert Bamonte,children of the son,Athony J.Bamonte,and
Francesca Michele Dricot and Claudia Monique Dricot,children
of the daughter,Amelia B.Dricot,of the testator.All of
said grandchildren are minors,and said Pittsburgh National
Bank,one of petitioners,was dUly appointed by your Honorable
Court as guardian of their estates,by decree dated March 19,
1969 ,and filed to No._6_1_8_o_f_1_9_69 ,
and has qualified and is now acting as such guardian.
5.On the death of said testator,said executors
took possession of said residence property of the testator,
and leased the same to Elizabeth D.Parkinson,who now
desires to buy the same as set out below.Said residence
property fronts 100 feet on the north side of East Beau Street,
in the Borough of East Washington,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,extending back of Aqual width 200 feet,consisting of
two lots designated as Nos.94 and 95 in the Revised Harlan
Plan,the samA being more fully described in agreement of
sale hereinafter mentioned,of which a true and complete copy
marked Exhibitt'B"is attached hereto and made part hereof.On
said lots is erected a modern one-story brick dwelling with
basement garage.Said property is assessed for county tax
purposes at 1t6 ,.700.0Q~
6.Said property,-so specifically devised,is not
useful or necessary to said minors,who reside with their
respective parents outside the boundaries of Washington
County,Pennsylvania,and it is advantageous to the estates
of said minors to sell the same.Sale of the same to paT
debts of the said Angelo Bamonte,deceased,will not be
necessary.

7.Said executors and guardian (together with the
said Anthony J.Bamonte and his wife,individually,to remove
any doubt of a claim by reason of the language of the original
will of August 28,1967),have joined in an agreement to sell
said residence property of the testator,known as No.665,East
Beau Street,in the Borough of East Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania (being the same property variously described
in said will,codicil,and inventory and appraisement),to the
said Elizabeth D.Parkinson,whose residence as aforesaid is
No.665 East Beau Street,(East)Washington,Pennsylvania,for
the sum of $30,000.00,being the appraised value as aforesaid,
copy of which said agreement marked Exhibit "B"being attached
and made part hereof,said sale being subject to court approval.
8.It is in the interest of the estates of said
minors to make such sale,and the proposed sale price is more
than can be obtained at public sale.Consent to such sale
is hereby given on behalf of said minors.
9.Since an account of the administration of the
said Angelo Bamonte,deceased,has not been filed,nor transfer
nor estate taxes paid,said agreement provides that the entire
net consideration shall be paid to the said guardian of the
estetes of said minors,to be held by it subject to such taxes
and other proper charges,to facilitate administration and
distribution of the estate,and to assure that said buyer shall
receive good and marketable title free of charges as set out in
said agreement of sale.
10.Since the entire net consideration is to be paid
to a banking corporation with trust powers,it is unnecessary to
require said executors to give bond to cover the consideration
money.

11.The affidavits of two competent and disinter-
ested persons to the effect the proposed consideration is
more than can be obtained at public sale marked Exhibits
"Cit and ttD n are attached and made part hereof.
WHEREFORE,showing as above your petitioners
respectfully pray that your Honorable Court make a decree
approving the proposed sale,directing paYment of the
consideration to the said guardian subject to the conditions
aforesaid,relieving the said executors of filing bond to
cover the consideration,and providing for such other and
further acts and things as may appear just,necessary,and
proper.And they will ever pray,

1.That Robert Bamonte is a minor and your Petitioner1;..
was appointed as his Guardian on March 19,1969.
2.That the present amount of said m~nor's account
is approximately $7,4:l!(t;,86'•...,,'..
3.That your petitioner is the guardian of Robert
Bamonte,a minor,who requests an Order'be made authorizing
your petitioner to advance 'certain monies to Robert Bamonte,
the said minor.
4.The said Robert Bamonte,has made application to
Carnegie~Mellon University.The tuition for the semester is
$1,250.00,however $50.00 of this amount has already been paid,
leaving a balance due of $1,200.00;themino~'s meals amount to
$350.00,these two amounts should be made payable to Carnegie~
Mellon University.Apparently there are certain dormitories,
one of which is the Boss Dormitory,and the cost of the room for
the semester is $254.00,however $100.00 of this has already been
paid,leaving a balance due of $154.00.
5.The minor estimates that his book expenses for the
semester will be $100.00.
6.It is the opinion of your petitioner that this
minor is entitled toa college education.
7.The minor has no means of support other than his
mother,who is unable to meet the requirements of college.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to authorize it to pay,or advance of the estate~of the minor,
