LAST WILL P~D TESTAMENT
I,ORLANDO L.COLOMBO,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,declare this to be my last Will,and revoke
;any Will previously made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
,shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as practicable
after my decease.
SECOND:I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate,of
every nature and wherever.situate,to my wife,Lena R.Colombo,
providing she shall survive me by ninety (90)days.Should my
wife,Lena R.Colombo,predecease me or die on or before the
ninetieth day following my death,I devise and bequeath the
residue of my estate,of every nature and wherever situate,in
equal one-half (1/2)shares to my children,Christopher Colombo
and Mary Colombo.
THIRD:I appoint my wife,Lena R.Colombo,Executrix of
this my last Will.Should my wife,Lena R.Colombo,fail to
qualify or cease to act as Executrix,I appoint my sister-in-law,
Josephine A.Rungo,Executrix of this my last Will.Further,I
direct that my personal representatives shall not be required to
give bond for the faithful performance of their duties in any
jurisdiction.
