REAL ESTATE
ALL that certain lot or parcel of ground situate in the Borough
of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,described as follows:
Being Lot No.4 in Block No.54 of the Union Improvement
Company's Plan of the First Addition to the town of Donora,
said Lot No.4 lying between Tenth and Eleventh Streets;
fronting on the Westerly side of McKean Avenue,a distance of
22 feet,and extending back,preserving an even width,a distance
of 100 feet to Linden Alley.
Excepting and reserving all the natural gas and oil underlyin~
said land but no wells shall be drilled on the same for either.
DOLLARS CENTS
BEING the same property as was conveyed to Agenore Brizzi
and Ida Brizzi,his wife,by George Karabin and Julia Karabin,
his wife,by deed dated August 7,1944 and recorded in Deed Book
Volume 679,page 637,records of Washington County,Pa.The
said Agenore Brizzi died on October 27.1956 and title vested in
Ida Brizzi by operation of law.
