on March 2,1969,and Letters of Administration C~T.A.on her
estate were granted to your Petitioners on May 5,.1969,and Surety
Bond filed in the amount of $7,000.00.
2.That Ella D.Lloyd died seized of personalty
appraised at $5738.72,and the following described real estate,.~~,."
valued at Seven Thousand ($7,000.00)dollars,to-wit:
All that certain lot of ground ~ituate in 'the
Sixth Wa~d of Washington,Washington County,Penna.,known and desi-
gnated as Lot No.14,in the Plan of Lots laid out by Frederick
Naser,Sr.,and recorded in the Recorder's Office of Washington
County,Penna.,in Plan Book 2,page 16;the said lot fronts forty
(40),feet on the Southern side'of West Hallam Avenue,and extends
back therefrotn in.'a \Southerly direct~pn,a distance 115 feet to I
line of lanq formerly owned by William Wolf.The said Lot No.14
is bound,ed on'the North 'l;>y.!.the said West Hallam Avenue~on the East
by'Lot No.13 in said plcm:,;on the South by William.Wol~land,and I
on th:West by Lot No.,~l;~.'~n said plan.Upon which is erected a I

CONVEYANCE of this 'lot'of ground is to be made I

BEING same lot of ground conveyed to Homer F.,
Lloyd and Ella V.Lloyd,~is wife,by deed dated September 19,1922,'
and recorded in Deed Book 504,page 115.Homer F.Lloyd died in '
1937,and complete title vested in Ella V.Lloyd as survivor.The'
said Ella V."Lloyd died'~arch 2,1969,and Letters of Administration
C.T.A.on her estate were granted on May 5,1969,to George S.
Marble and James R.Donel.·Said real estate was not specifically
devised but passed under the residuary clause.of'the Will.First
parties agree to petition the Orphans'Court of Washington County,
Penna.,relative to Bond,prior to execution of a deed.

4.That on August 28th,1969,Earl R.Lacock and Betty
Lacock,his wife,agreed in writing to purchase subject real estat1
for Seven Thousand ($7,000.00)dollars,and your Petitioners agree1
to s~ll same,subject to approval of your Honorable Court.A Photd
of said agreement is hereto attached.,Seven Hundred ($700.00)
dollars,has been paid down by the buyers.
5.That attached hereto and made a part hereof is the
affidavit of two responsible persons familiar with the value of

for said real estate,and Margaret Dennison,sister of deceased,
