papers here prepared for presentation.I would sus pect that Mr.
Hana may have some hair-splitting to do in the matter of distribution,

because basically,there/two items in the eMate,an automobile and
real estate.And all of the funds which were used to administer the
estate were contributed by the widow from her funds,which were in
a ioint bank account with the husband as the survivor.She was able

to receive them with one exception.There's $215.69 that we have
computed to be due as a Federal Income Tax Return refund for the
year 1969.That'S3been applied for by the filing of the usual 1040,
but hasn't been received as yet.As I started to say.I suspect Mr.
Hana will have to split some hairs becaus e with the decedent dying
