vania,known as Lot No.24 in the McGowan,Allen &
Colvin Plan of Lots and Addition to Charleroi
Borough being situated on the west side of Crest
Avenue and as fully described in Deed Book Volume
427,page 467;conveyance of said land to John I
Renchkowsky in Deed Book Volume 609,page 41,and I
from John Renchkowsky et ux.,to John Dudra and
Eva Dudra in Deed Book Volume 609,page 43,was
declared null and void by the Court of Common Pleas
of Washington County at No.3859 in Equity so that
tht title remained vested in John Dudra.$4800 00
2.All that certain parcel of land lying in the
Borough of North Charleroi,being.Lots No.11 and
12 in B10~k No.10 fronting on the west side of
Center Avenue and as described in Deed Book Volume
468,page 413,was conveyed to Eva Dudra alone.
These parcels of land were also included in the
above-mentioned conveyances to John Renchkowsky in
Deed Book Volume 609,page 41,and from John
Renchkowsky et ux.,to John Dudra and Eva Dudra in
Deed Book Volume 609,page 43,but said conveyance~
were declared null and void as hereinbefore set
forth so thatttitle to said two parcels of landremainedvestedinEvaDudraandisnottaxable as
an asset of the Estate of John Dudra.

3.All that certain parcel of land situate in Fa110wfie1d
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and as fully
described in Deed Book Volume 721,page 185,and which
originally contained approximately 10.609 Acres of land.
The said John Dudra in his lifetime conveyed approxi-
mately 8 Acres of land to Quentin Yeager et ux.,in that
certain deed dated May 31,1957,and recorded in Deed
Book Volume 995,page 219,and also another part of said
land to the said Quentin Yeager et ux.,by their deed
dated August 27,1957,and recorded in Deed Book Volume
1006,page 334,containing a part of an acre of land so
that at the time of his death John Dudra was the owner
of approximately 1 1/2 Acres of said land.

Pennsylvania declare this to be my Last Will,and revoke any Will pre-
viously made by me.
I
;FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses,inclu'ding my grave marker,shall be paid from my estate as soon
as practical after my decease'.
SECOND:I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of
every nature and wherever situate to my wife,Eva Dudra,providing that
she shall sur~ive me by one hundred eighty days.I .I
THIRD:Should my wife,Eva Dudra,predecease me or die
on or before the one hunred eightieth day following my death,I devise
and bequeath the residue of my estate of every nature and wherever sit-
uate,to my three children,Eva Yeager,Olga Garafolo,and John Dudra,
on the one hundred eighty-first day following my death,per stirpes.
FOURTH:I appoint my wife,Eva Dudra,as Executor of this
my Last Will.Should she fail to qualify or cease to act as Executor,
I appoint my daughter,Olga Gprafolo,Executor of this my Last Will.
FIFTH:I direct that my personal representative or Guar-
dian shall not be required to give bond for the faithful performance of
his duties in any jurisdiction.
IN WitNESS WHEREOF,-I have hereunto set my hand this 21st
