PETITION UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE FIDUCIARIES
ACT OF 1949 FOR THE SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
The petition of HELEN.MERRYMAN respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the wife of HAR,RY WILLIAM
MERRYMAN,deceased.
2.That the residence of the deceased was Eldersville,
Jefferson Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That the decedent died March 4,1969 while being a
resident of Jefferson Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
4.That your petitioner has not applied for letters of admin-
istration and does not intend to apply,and no other person has applied for
letters of administration to the knowledge of your petitioner.
5.That the estate of the decedent consists of wages and
vacation pay from Wheeling Steel Corporation,Steubenville,Ohio,in the
amount of $908.t5J and a Christmas Club in Mellon National Bank and Trust
Company in the amount of $56.00,at the Burgettstown,Pennsylvania office.
The total amount of the estate of the decedent is $964.15.
6.That there are no creditors of the estate of the decedent.
7.That the decedent was survived by his wife,your petitioner,
and a minor son,Paul Merryman and a daughter,Sharon Merryman,age 22
WHEREFORE,your petitioner requests your Honorable
Court,pursuant to Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18,1949,

of the entire estate of the decedent to Helen Merryman witho t further
notice and wtthout grant'of letters of administration.

foregoing petition having been presented in open court and upon consideratio
thereof,and upon motion of JOHN L.BRUNNER and WALTER W.GREGOR
JR.,attorneys for the petitioner,it is
ORDERED,ADJUDGED and DECREED
that the entire amount of the estate as set forth in the petition,which con-
sists OIl wages and vacation pay from Wheeling Steel Corporation,in the
amount of $908.15,and a Christmas Club in Mellon National Bank and
Trust Company in the amount of $56.00,be distributed in the following
manner:

It is further ordered,adjudged and decreed that the said distribution
be authorized without the grant of letters of administration or further
notice,and that the Wheeling Steel Corporation and Mellon National Bank
and Trust Company are hereby authorized and diercted to distribute the
funds accordingly.
