OF IDA iRAGGII, I", I,IpA RAGGI,of Slovan,Smith Township,Washington 1 I,ICounty,Perinsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory, hereby revoking any and all Wills by me at any time previously made, I do hereby make this my Last Will 'and Testament,in manner and form fo llowing:\ i.FIRST:I dir,ect,my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay and satisfy all my just debts and funeral expenses as'soon after my I decease as is conveniently possible. SECOND:In the even~that my husband,PATSY RAGGI,shall I be alive at the time of the probate"of this,my Last Will and Testa- ment,I then give,devise and bequeath all my estate,both real and i personal and wheresoever situate a~the time of my decease,to my said husband,PATSYRAGGI,absoltttely,and in such case,I hereby ,I nominate,constitute and appoint my said husband,PATSY RAGGI,as Executor of this,my Last WiJ;l"arid Testament,and direct that he shall not be required to file any bond in connection with the settle- ment of my said estate.The sai4 PATSY RAGGI does hereby agree to 'Iuseonlysomuchofsaid property,as may be necessary for his comfort and need and to devise the balan~e to our children.
