ALL his undivided one-half (1/2)interest in and to all that
certain lot or parcel of ground situate in the Borough of Donora,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being known and designated as
part of Lot numbered 17 in Blocknumbered 36 of the Union
Improvement Company's Plan of Lots of said Borough,and more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Waddell Avenue and
Sixth Street;thence in an Easterly direction on Sixth Street,
a distance of 33.35 feet;thence South along the dividing line
between Lots numbered 17 and 16,a distance of 95 feet;
thence Easterly to Waddell Avenue;thence Northeasterly,
running along the line of Waddell Avenue,to the place of
beginning.
Excepting and reserving,however,all the natural gas and
oil 'underlying said premises hIt no wells to be drilled on the
same for either.
