PETITION FOR LEAVE TO SELL REAL PROPERTY AT PUBLIC SALE UNDER SECTION 543 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949, SAME TO HAVE THE EFFECT OF A JUDICIAL SALE. TO THE HONORABLE P. V. MARINO, PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT: The Petition of Stanley E. Beck, Administrator of the Estate of Mary Prokell, deceased, respectfully represents: 1. That Mary Prokell died on May 23, 1968, residing at 200 Roosevelt Street, in the Borough of Bentleyville, Washington County, Pennsylvania, intestate. Letters of Administration were granted to your petitioner on April 28, 1969. 2. That the names and addresses of all parties interested in decedent's estate are: (a) John Prokell, Sr., son, (1/4) interest, 305 McCormick Avenue, Bentleyville, Pennsylvania; (b) Pete Prokell, son, (1/4) interest, 806 Main Street, Bentleyville, Pennsylvania; (c) Stanley Prokell, son, (1/4) interest, Daisytown, R. The decedent died seized of real property, to-wit the real estate herein petitioned to be sold, which real estate is described as follows: -1- ALL those six certain lots or parcels of land situate in the Borough of Bentleyville, Washington County, Pennsylvania, known and designated as Lots Nos. 89, 90, 91, 92, 93 and 94, in the Addition to the McCormick Plan of Lots, which said Plan is recorded in the Recorder's Office of Washington County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book No. 3, pages 108 and 109, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: LOTS NOS. 89, 90, 91, 92 and 93: BEGINNING at a point on the West side of Park Avenue on the dividing line between Lots No. 88 and 89 as shown in said plan; thence along the West side of Park Avenue in a Southerly direction, a distance of 200 feet to the North side of Pittsburgh Street; thence along the North side of Pittsburgh Street in a Westerly direction, 71.50 feet to the intersection of Monongahela Street; thence along Monongahela Street continuing in a Westerly direction, 60.14 feet to the intersection of the East line of Cherry Alley; thence along the East line of Cherry Alley in a Northerly direction, 164.44 feet to the dividing line between Lots Nos. 88 and 89; thence along said dividing line in an Easterly direction, a distance of 120 feet to the West side of Park Avenue, at the place of beginning.
