1. She is an heir at law of John Edward Crum, deceased.

2. The said John Edward Crum died on May 23, 1968, a resident of
Charleroi, Washington County, Pennsylvania.
3. The said John Edward Crum died possessed only of a claim for
$1000.00 under the Will of Tillie M. Crum, deceased.
4. The said decedent died intestate.
5. The heirs at law of the decedent living at the date of his death
