SMALL ESTATE UNDER THE PROVISIONS
OF SECTION 202 OF THE FIDUCIARIES
ACT OF 1949,AS ,AMENDED.
TO THE HONORABLE,THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of MICHAEL HUSENITS,respectfully repre-
sents:
1.That Your Petitioner was duly appointed Administrato~
of the Estate of Joseph Husenits,Deceased,on April 24,1969,for
the purpose of litigation in the Court of Common Pleas of Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,at No.418 March Term,1969,A.D.
2.In the Civil Action at No.418 March Term,1969,A.D.
suit was brought against Harry S.Keith,III,under the Survival
Acts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
3.That on the 25th day of April,1969,the Honorable
Court signed an Order in conjunction with a Petition for Settleme~t
awarding the sum of Eight Hundred Seventy-one and no/lOO ($871.00)
Dollars to the Administrator for the purpose of paying the expenses
of the Estate.

4.That the only real and personal estate of which
the said Joseph Husenits,Deceased,died seized of was the claim
against the aforementioned Defendant and the sum of Eight Hundred
