PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Martin R.Hallam respectfully represents:
1.That he is a resident of Amwell Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,and assists Stewart F.Barnhill in funeral
work.
2.That while Stewart F.Barnhill was on vacation,
Dr.Robert A.Minton,dentist,died on February 10,1969,and
Martin R.Hallam took charge of his burial.
3.That decedent resided at the time of his death in
an apartment owned by the Angelo Bamonte Estate on South Main
Washington,Penna.
4.That no Letters of Administration or Letters
Testamentary have been taken out in decedents estate,and no
application for letters has been made.

5.That decedent was unmarried,had no children,and
his heirs at law were two nieces and a nephew.
6.That the entire estate of decedent consisted of
$200.00 cash on his person,$10.95 in a desk,$9.45 in coins,
furniture sold at public sale for $542.00 gross,and a Social
Security contribution on his funeral bill of $255.00,total of
all $1017.40.
7.That your Petitioner has paid the funeral bill of
deceased,$667.45 to Barnhill Funeral Home;$10.00 to Reverend R.
E.Pebley;$48.00 rent to Bamonte Estate;$10.00 to Harold Comedy;
$6.~0 to Washington Hospital;$8.64 to Bell Telephone Co.;$8.27
to West Penn Power Co.;$9.58 to Columbia Gas of Penna.,;$57.50

expense of furniture sale;$40.00 to Adam L.Sanders,Attorney;
$117.20 for a marker for the grave;$22.36 to Mr.&Mrs.Oliver
Knox,and $12.00 costs in connection with this proceeding,total
$1,017.40,they being all the known bills of deceased.
7.That the total value of decedent's estate is less
than $2,500.00.

Pennsylvania.
9.That your Petitioner is entitled to reimbursement
for the funeral and other bills paid by him.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner,Martin R.Hallam,respectfully
prays that the entire estate of the decedent as hereinbefore set
forth,be awarded to him under the Small Estates Act,as amended,.
1956,February 23,p.L.1084 and set forth in p.S.20-320.202,
and that the Courts Decree shall be sufficient authority for the
payment to him by the Social Security Administration of their
contribution of $255.00 on the funeral bill of deceased.

been presented and read by the Court,the Prayer of the Petition
is granted and it is hereby Ordered and Decreed that all of the
assets of the Estate of Robert A.Minton,deceased,namely,money~
in the amount of $763.40,and a Social Security Administration
Contribution in the amount of $255.00 on the funeral bill,are
awarded to Martin R.Hallam,as reimbursement for the funeral
bill and other bills of the deceased paid by him.It is further
Ordered and Decreed that a copy of this Order shall be SUfficient!

SUPPLEMENTARY PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDCES OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Martin R.Hallam respectfully repre-
sents:
1.That he settled the estate of Robert A.Minton,
a/k/a R.A.Minton,who died February 10,1969 and having an
estate of less than $2500.00,to-wit $1017.40,under the
provisions of the Small Estate Act as amended 1956,February 23rd,
P.L.1044 by filling a Petition at No.518 of 1969 in the Orphan
Court of Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That he discovered assets subsequent to the filing
of the aforementioned Petitions belonging to the decedent,
Robert A.Minton,a/k/a R.A.Minton,consisting of the following:
1/16th interest in McIlvaine Well Number 3;1/16th interest in
Weir Well Number 1;1/16th interest in Weir Well Number 2;all
of which wells were a part of the A.C.Phillips gas wells.
3.That the Piatt Funeral Home,Lidie B.Piatt,owner,
was a creditor of the Estate of Robert A.Minton,a/k/a
R.A.Minton for funeral services of decedent's wife contracted
by decedent and that the Piatt Funeral Home,Lidie B.Piatt,
owner,did not share in the assets previously administered.

4.That the total value of the decedent's estate,
including the aforementioned after discovered interests in the
A.C.Phillip's gas wells is less than $2,500.00.To-wit,the
annual income of McIlvaine Number 3 is $47.22 and on a four
year payout said interest has a value of $188.88;Weir Number 1
had approximate annual income of $64.85 and on a four year pay
out would have a value of $259.40;and Weir Number 2 had
approximate annual income of $32.72 and on a four year payout
has an approximate value of $130.88.The total value of the
three interest,including accumulated income,is $723.95.
5.The Ralph E.Piatt Funeral bill 1s in the amount
of $1,300.66 and the aforementioned sum of $723.95 represented
by the interest in gas wells will be accepted in full payment
of said bill.Copy of said statement attached as "Exhibit A".
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner,Martin R.Hallam,
respectfully prays that the after-discovered interests in the
three wells generally known as the A.C.Phillip's gas wells
and specifically identified as a 1/16th interest in McIlvaine
Well.Number 3,1/16th interest in Weir Well Number 1,and a
1/16th interest in Weir Well Number 2,be awarded to him under
the Small Estate Act,as amended 1956,February 23,P.L.1084
and set forth in P.S.20-320.202 and that the Courts decree
shall be sufficient authority for the assignment by him of the
interest in the aforementioned well to the Piatt Funeral Home,
Lidie B.Piatt,owner.

AND NOW,this ~day of Ap~,1971,the within
Petition having been presented,IT IS ORDERED AND DECREED that
Martin R.Hallam transfer and assign all of the right and title
and interest of Robert A.Minton,a/k/a R.A.Minton,in and
to a 1/16 interest in McIlvaine Well Number 3,a 1/16th interest
in Weir Well Number 1,and a 1/16th interest in Weir Well Number
2,to the Piatt Funeral Home,Lidie B.Piatt,owner,in satis-
faction of the claim against the estate of the said Robert A.
Minton,a/k/a R.A.Minton,deceased,for the burial of his wife,
Olive P.Minton.
This decree is made under the authority of the Small
Estates Act,as amended 1956,February 23rd,P.L.1084 and shall
be sufficient authority for the assignment by the said Martin R.
Hallam of the interest in the aforementioned Wells to the Piatt
Funeral Home,Lidie B.Piatt,owner,and shall be sufficient
authority of ownership to all persons to whom the Piatt Funeral
Home,Lidie B.Piatt,owner,may sell,assign and transfer
said interest.
