KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:Whereas,at Washington,in the County aforesaid
on the 17th.day of April A.D.19 69 ,before me,
Russell Marino ,Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting

Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make this my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking in full all Wills heretofore made by
me.
FIRST:I direct my Executrix,hereinafter named,to
pay my debts and the expenses of my last illness and funeral.
SECOND:I give and bequeath to Harold J.Hartzell,of
R.D.#1,Bloomsburg,Pennsylvania,the fourteen (14)shares of
stock which I presently ovm in Columbia County Trust Company,of

Bloomsburg,Pennsylvania,and the Fifty-seven (57)shares of
stock which I presently own in ·Southside Bank of Catawissa,
Catawissa,Columbia County,Pennsylvania.

Return has been prepared,buthas not been filed and it will be filed,
I'd say within the next week.We have mailed it out to Miss Bowers px.
She lives up in Middleburg,Pennsylvania,and upon its return we
will file it immediately.She did one thing in this estate.She wante
to payout an honorarium in honor of her sister to three churches.

And she did this,not with Our consent or advice,necessarily.It
amounted to $300.00;I think $100.00 to each church involved.So
I prepared a Consent and had all of the other heirs---I sent it
around and had all the other heirs sign the Cons ent,whereby they
consented to that payment having been made.I don't know how the

B.Hartzell,deceased,do,with the intent of being legally bound,
hereby agree with the other parties hereto as follows:
1.That the undersigned,Dorothy M.Kalko,elect
to take on account of her distributive share in the estate of Effi
