and understanding do make,publish and declare this my Last Will and

Testament,hereby revo'king all former wills by me at any time heretofore,.

1.I order and direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
2.I gi ve and bequeath to my son-in-law,Robert E.Hummell.the sum
of $2,000.00 and give and bequeath to my son-in-law,H.Calvin Henry,the
sum of $2,000.00.
3.I give and bequeath my diamond ring to my daughter,Roberta C.
Hummell and I give and bequeath my antique cameo ring to my son,Charles B.
Cobern.
4.Ail the rest,residue and remainder of my estate I give and bequeat I~
