FIVE HUNDRED ($2,500.00)DOLLARS UNDER ART.
II.,SEC.202 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949,
P.L.512,66,AS AMENDED.
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Lee Romanetti respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the Administrator of the
Estate of Robert Romanetti,deceased,having been so appointed
on December 7,1967.
2.That the residence of the decedent was R.D.#2,
Avella,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That the decedent died on July 21,1967,at R.D.#2,
Avella,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and was twenty-four (24)
years of age.
4.That he lived with his father,Lee Romanetti,and
his mother,Louise Romanetti,until the time of his death,and
a family relationship was maintained.
5.That the estate of the decedent i~1n a small amount,
,
not sufficient to warrant administration and filing of inventory,
account and audit petition.
6.That the estate of the decedent is composed entirely
of personal property,being cash in the amount of $2,400.00,
which amount is derived from settlement of an action.
7.That the decedent left to survive him the following
heirs:

9.That there are no unpaid creditors of the estate
of the decedent.The petitioner,out of the funds of the estate
have paid the following accounts:

ment for the above expenses.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to enter decree of distribution without further notice or with
