KNOW ALL.MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:Whereas,at Washington,in the County aforesaid
on the lOth.day of April A.D.1969 ,before me,
Russe 11 Marino ,Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting
Letters of Administration in and for the County of Washington,in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,

Joseph Bondi,A/K/A Giuseppe Bondi

the oath of office prescribed by law;

grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY,unto the said
Mario Bondi
committing unto Him the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels,rights and cr.edits,which were of said deceased,and requiring Him
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office,at Washington,within ninety
days from the date hereof,and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof,and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
KNOW ALL ~mN BY THESE PRESENTS ~HAT I,GIUSEPPE BONDI,
a resident of the Borough of Charle~oi,Washington County,

Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory andI
und~rstanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making null and void
any and all former Wills,or writing in the nature thereof,by
me,rt any time heretofore made.
And as to all of my Estate,real,personal,or mixed,
of which I shall die seized and possessed,or to which I shall
be entitled at the time of my decease,I give,devise and be-
queath as follows,to wit:-
FIRST:I direct the'payment out of my estate of the
expenses of my last illness and funeral.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,.
conditioned however,that in the event of her death in my life-
time,or in the event of:her death within the period of six
months after my death,said devise and bequest of residue shall
lapse or be divested,and in either event,I give,devise and
bequeath all of my said estate unto my three children,namely:
MARIO BONDI,JESSIE MINKOVICH,nee Bondi,and JULIA ROBI~SON,
nee Bondi,share and share alike,to have and to hold the same
to them,their heirs and assigns forever.I declare it to be my
intention that should my wife,MARIA BONDI,alias r1ARY BONDI,

hereto,shall be free and clear thereof.
FOURTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,

direct that they shall not be required to enter security in any

I 1.That the decedent,Joseph Bondi,a/k/a Giuseppi Bondi,
!who resided at 219 Lookout Avenue,Charleroi,Pennsylvania,died

2.That your petitioner was appointed Executor of said
I decedent's estate by the Register of Wills of Washington County,
Pennsylvania,on April 10,1969.
3.That on May 23 ,1969,your petitioner filed
an Inventory with the Register of Wills of Washington County,

!Pennsylvania.The decedent left no personal property.The real
estate in question,which your petitioner desires to purchase,
in his individual capacity,is a certain two story frame dwelling
located in the Borough of Charleroi,which is more specifically
described in said Inventory and Appraisement,and which is
appraised at Six Thousand and no/IOO ($6,000.00)Dollars.

4.That the parties in interest in said estate are,
in addition to your Petitioner who is the son of the decedent
and an heir under his will,the following children of the deceden
who are also heirs under the decedent's Will:
a)Jessie Bondi Minkovich
b)Julia Bondi Robinson
All of the aforesaid heirs are sui juris.
5.That a copy of the Inventory and Appraisement
is attached hereto as Exhibit "A"and a copy of the Will of the
decedent is attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
6.That your Petitioner desires to purchase the said
property for Six Thousand and no/100 ($6,000.00)Dollars.
7.That your Petitioner resided with the decedent
prior to and at the time of the death of the decedent,and
therefore claims the Family Exemption in the amount of One
Thousand and no/100 ($1,000.00)Dollars which shall be applied
to the purchase price of said sale.
8.That all of the heirs of the decedent have consente
and approve of the sale of the above premises for the total
consideration of Six Thousand and no/100 ($6,000.00)Dollars,
which consents and joinders are attached hereto as Exhibit "e".
9.That said property is assessed for tax purposes at
Two Thousand One Hundred Five and no/100 ($2,105.00)Dollars.

and that there are no other creditors known to the Petitioner.

real estate values in the Borough of Charleroi,which indicates
that the fair market value of said premises to be Six Thousand

WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court,
under Section 546 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended,to
issue a.,decree granting leave to petitioner to purchase said

Bondi,deceased,by will dated June 23,1951,and
WHEREAS,the parties hereto have desired to work out
a family settlement as to the disposition of the only asset of
said estate,namely the family dwelling house located at 219
Lookout Avenue,which is more fully described in Deed Book
Volume 593,Page 170,in the Recorder of Deeds Office of Washingto
County,Pennsylvania,and
WHEREAS,all of the parties hereto consent and agree
that said premises are to be purchased by Mario Bondi,Executor,
upon the following terms and conditions:
1.That the purchase price of said sale shall be Six
Thousand and no/lOO ($6,000.00)Dollars.
2.That the said Jessie Bondi Minkovich and Julia
Bondi Robinson,:hereby waive all their right,title and interest

sylvania,and more particularly described as follows

BEGINNING at a point in the Western line of Lookout
Avenue,said point being 312.85 feet along the said
Western line of Lookout Avenue from the North line of

183.50 feet to a stake in the Eastern line of Luella
