letters testamentary thereon were duly issued by the Register of Wills
of Washington County on April 8,1969 to Andrew R.Brown,as appears
of record in Will Book 107,page 488.
2.That an asset of the estate of the decedent was an Article
of -Agreement dated ,1968 wherein the decedent
as seller had agreed to sell to James W.Filby,Jr.and Donna M.Filby
his wife,as buyers,two (2)certain tracts of land situate in Chartiers
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,the same being separately
bounded and described in said Article of Agreement,a true and correct
copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
3.That said Article of Agreement was properly included in
the Inventory as filed in said estate and that all inheritance and transfer
taxes were properly paid,all of which appear of record in said estate.
4.That at the audit of said estate the Adjudication and

Decree awarded said Article of Agreement to Andrew R.Brown,grantee
by election;that however,due to an inadvertance only tract First in
said Article of Agreement was included in the Schedule of Distribution
and ordered certified to the Recorder of Washington County by the
Clerk of the Orphans I Court Division.
WHEREFORE,it is respectfully requested that your Honorable
Court amend the Adjudication and Decree and award said Article of
Agreement to Andrew R.Brown as to both parcels First and Second as
contained therein and to amend the Schedule of Distribution by ordering
the Clerk of the Orphans I Co~rt Division of Washington County to certify
to the Recorder of Washington County parcel Second in said Article of
Agreement.

said schedule,financial statements showing the assets and liabilities of said co-partnership or business.
A copy of the co-partnership agreement,(if oral,a statement setting forth the nature of the agreement)
