Marino, President Judge And now comes your petitioner, ELEANOR BANAHASKY, and petitions your Honorable Court as follows: 1. Your petitioner is an adult individual who re- sides at R. D. #2, Finleyville, Union Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania. 2. Your petitioner is the mother and natural guardian of BARBARA BANAHASKY, a minor, fifteen (15) years of age, born October 14, 1953, and the said minor resides with your petitioner at the above address in this county. 3. That your petitioner is the parent of five children who are supported in part by their father, who is divorced from your petitioner, at the rate of $82.50 every two weeks and in part by the Department of Public Assistance. 4. That Anna Deharski, now deceased, mother of your petitioner and grandmother of Barbara Banahasky, the minor, sometime before her death which occurred on August 23, 1967, established a savings account in the 14th Street Branch (South Side Pittsburgh) Mellon National Bank and Trust Company entitled as follows: "Anna Deharski in trust for Miss Barbara Banahasky." • 0 5. The above account is numbered 32498 and as of October 6, 1968 contained the balance of $2,000.00. No deposits, withdrawals or entries of interest are shown on the passbook since that date. 6. That the minor, Barbara Banahasky, is enrolled as a full-time student in Monongahela High School and is presently completing her junior year in that school. 7. That the minor is in need of clothing to wear to school, which your petitioner is unable to provide on her income, and the minor will require additional clothing and money for graduation in the spring of 1970. 8. That because of your petitioner's financial status, it is not possible for her to provide the minor with the funds that are required, and your petitioner believes some of the savings account referred to above should be used for the benefit of the minor. 9. Wherefore, your petitioner prays your Honorable Court to cause an Order to issue, allowing your petitioner to withdraw a sum of money from said account to be used on behalf of Barbara Banahasky for the purposes set forth. ' ~ BANAHASKY, be and is hereby authorized to withdraw from the savings account established in Mellon National Bank and Trust Company, entitled "Anna DehaJ;"ski in trust for Miss Barbara Bahahasky" and numbered 32498 in the 14th Street Branch, South Side,Pittsburgh, for and on behalf of said minor for the pur- poses stated in the attached petition, the sum of $300.00 on or after April 1, 1969 and the sum of $350.00 on or after April 1, 1970. Eleanor Banahasky, mother of the above named minor for schooiL clothing for the ensuing school year; and it further appearLg that the minor is 15 years of age and resides with her mothL: and it further appearing that Mrs. Eleanor Banahasky is lnable to fully support her children as she lS on public assiltance and is divorced from her husband; and it further appearlng that Barbara Banahasky has a bank account in Mellon Natlonal Bank and Trust Company, registered in her name in the amlunt of $1,908.12. AND NOW thelefore upon motion of Bloom, Bloom, Rosenber & Bloom, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that Mrs. Eleanor Banahasky, mo,her and natural guardian of Barbara Banahask I a minor, be, and is hereby authorized to draw from the account established in Mellon National Bank and Trust Company entitled "Anna Deharski in trust for Barbara Banahasky," at No. 32498 in I the 14th Street Branch, South Side Pittsburgh, and on behalf of the said minor for thle purpose of purchasing clothing and other necessities the-sum of $250.00.
