' -. GUARDIAN FOR AN ALLEGED INCOMPETENT To the Honorable P. V. MARINO, President Judge of said Court: The petition of MARTIN J. HANNIGAN respectfully represents: 1. That your petitioner is the ·nephew of Beatrice Hanlon and resides at 1227 Country Club Road; Monongahela,, Washingt.dn County, Pennsylvania. ' 2. That the said Beatrice Hanlo~ is eighty-five (85) years of age, unmarried . whose domicile is 728 West Main Street, Monongahela, Washington County, Pennsylvania; that she has been confined to Haven Crest, ·Inc. Nursing and Convalescent Home, at 1277 Country Club Road, Monongahela, Washington County, Pennsylvania. 3. That the said Beatrice Hanlon, because of mental and physical infirmi- ties or old age, is unable to manage her property and is liable to dissipate it or become the victim of designing persons. 4. That the known assets of the estate of said Beatrice Hanlon are set forth on "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. This exhibit \ shows an estimated gross value of her assets at approximately $100·;,000.00, and, in addition, the said Beatrice Hanlon receives a teacher's pension check in the amount of $262. 95 per month.
