LAST WILL AND TEST AMENT
I, LEO A. CALISTRI, of Washington County, Pennsylvania, bein
of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this my
Will and Testament, hereby revoking and declaring null and void
and all Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct my Executor to pay my just debts, the expens s
of m.y last illness and my f!JDeral expenses.
SECOND: I give and bequeath all my jewelry, automobiles, clo
ing and other purely personal effects to my wife, JOSEPHINE M.CALI TRI,
if she survives me. In the event my wife fails to survive me, I
give and bequeath the aforesaid items to my ·daughter, BLANCHE MARI
CALISTRI, if she survives me.
THIRD: I give and bequeath all of my interest which I may o at
my death in P. CALISTRI & SONS· to my sisters, NEVA E .. CALISTRI and
LILLIM J. CALISTRI, in equal shares or to tho survivor of them

living at my death. In the event neither sister of mine survives
I gi V$ and bequeath one-third (1/3) of ~the aforesaid interest 1n
CALISTRI &: SONS to my br~her, EDWARD B. CALISTRI, if he is then
living and the balance thereof or all thereof, should my said brot r
fail to survive me, shall be distributed as part of the residue of
my estate.
FOURTH: In the event my said wife surVives me,· I g:tve, devis
and bequeath to my said wife, a sum equal to one-half (1/2) of the
value of my gross estate after said gross estate has been adjusted
by deducting therefrom my .funeral exJB nses, the coats or administra ion
of my estate, debts and Claims against my estate, the amount of any
indebtedness against any property included in my gross estate and
any losses from casualty or.theft during the administration of my
estate.

daughter attains the a~ of twenty•one (21) years, my Trustee shall
add any income accumulated thereon to the principal of the trust

said daughter for and during her lifetime, together with so much
thtt principal thereof !iS my Trustee, in its sole discretion, shall
deem advisable for her comfort, maintenance, support and complete
education, Jnclud.ing preparatory, college and post-graduate or pro-
fessional training, and to aid her in the eve~t of any ~ircumstance or
condition affecting her wherein money is needed.~ Notwithstanding
the foregoing provisions

and in addition thereto, as and when my daughter attains the age or
twenty-five (25) years, she shall have the right to withdraw one-haJ f
(1/2) of the then remaining principal of the trust estate, absoluteJy
and free of trust and as and when my daughter attains the age of
thirty (30) yea:rs, she shall have the right to withdraw any and

all balance of the then remaining principal of the trust estate,
absolutely and :f!ree of trust.
B. Upon the death ot my daughter, BLANCHE MARIE CALISTRI, d ing
this trust for her benefit or upon my death in the event my daught r
fails to survive me, the principal of .the trust estate, as it is
then constituted, shall be paid and distributed to her then living
issue, per stirpes and absolutely, subject, however, to the minori y
provisions here1.nafter set forth, or in· default of issue of my
daughter then surviving, the same shall be paid .and distributed
to my sisters, NEVA E. CALISTRI and LILLIAN J. CALISTRI in equal
shares or to the survivor of them then livlng. In the event
sister of mine is living, :at the ti.me for this distribution, the
then remaining principal o~ the tz~st estate shall be paid and dis ·
tributed to my then living heirs and next of kin in accordance wit
the intestate laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylv~ia in effect
at the time of my death.
c. Neither the principal nor the income of the trust estate
shall be liable for the debts of any beneficiary hereunder, nor I shall the same be subject to seizure or. attachment by any creditor
i of any beneficiary under any writ or proceeding at law or in equit .
and no beneficiary of the trust estate shall have any power to sell
1 assign, encumber or 1n any manner to anticipate or di~pose
her interest in the trust estate or in the income produced thereby.
II. MY TRUSTEE SHALL HAVE THE. FOLLOWING POWERS:
A. To take and to retain as an investment for the trust estt:t ,
without any duty of diversification, any and all securities
property, real or personal, received from my estate.

B. To invest and reinvest the principal of the trust estate,
together with any income accumulated thereon, in such stocks, bond ·,
mortgages, securities or other property real or personal, as it ma
believe a·dvisable, without being limited to the classes of securit es
or investments 1n which trustees are authorized by law to invest
trust funds.
c. To sell any and all real a state held· as an asset, at such
ti.mes, at public or private sale, for such prices and upon such te ms
as it shall believe advisable, and to make, execute and deliver an
deed or deeds therefor, c•Jnveying title thereto in fee simple
absolute, or for any less estate, to any purchaser or purchasers,
treed and discharged of any and all trusts hereWlder.
D. To sell, exchang:e, lease, encumber, option or otherwise
dispose of all or any portion of the trust estate in such manner a d
upon such terms.and conditions as it shall believe_advis~ble, and o

make, execute and deliver deeds, mortgages,· assignments·, leases an
other documents necessary to efOrect any of these powers.
E. To make distribution of the trust estate to any person
entitled thereto in kind,, in cash, or partly in kind end partly in
cash, as it shall believe advisable.
F. To register or carry any investments held by it hereunder
' in its own nama or in the name of a nominee or nominees; provided,
however, that all such investl:}lents shall be so designated upon the
records of th& Trustee that the trust to which they belong shall
appear clearly at all times.

G. To vote any and all stock held in the trust estate and
to participate in any reorganization or merger of companies or
corporations whose stock is held in the trust estate.
SIXTH: I give to my Executor all the powers and authority
hereinabove conferred upon my Trustee, in addition to those spec-·
ifically set forth below and those conferred upon it by law.
SEVENTH: I authorize my Executor to sell any and all real
estate of which. I shall die seised, at public or private sale, for
such prices and upon such terms and conditions as it shall believe
advisable, snd to make, execute and deliver good and sufficient
deed or deeds therefor, conveying title thereto in fee simple
absolute, or .for any less estate to any purchaser or purchasers.
EIGHTH: I authorize my Executor to make distribution of my
estate in kind, in cash, or partly in kind and partly in cash, as
my Executor shall believe advisable.
NINTH: I direct my Executor to pay out of the principal of
my residuary estate all Federal Estate;· State Inheritance, or Esta e
and Succession Taxes imposed upon or withrespect to my estate or my
property in which I may have an interest, including any property
not forming a part of my testamentary estate but included in my
gross estate for tax purposes, except a1 y property over which I
· have a taxable power of appointment in the event it shall beheld
that I have not exercised such p'ower of appointment in this Will,
at such times _and in such manner as my Execu~or, in 'its sole dis-
cretion, shall deem advis-able; and no such taxes or any portion
thereof

so paid shall be collected from or paid by any other person,
persons or corporations by way of reimbursement, proration, ,appor-
tionment, or otherwise.-

TENTH: I ·name and appoint PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK,
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as Executor of this, my La.st,Wi~l. and
Testament.
I appoint PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK as Guardian of
any property which passes to a; minor and with respect to which I
authorized to appoint a Guardian and have no otherwise specifical
done so, granting it 'in this capacity the power to agree to any
distribution of the said property that it·deems advisable; and
the power to retain any property, real or personal, received by
it in kind and the power and authority to sell the same upon such
terms and conditions as i.t believes advisable, gi v:tng good title
to any real estate thus sold; and the power and authority to
invest in such stoek, bonds a~d/or other investments it deems
advisable, without being limited to those investments in which
guardians are by law required to invest minors' funds; and the
power and authority to disburse to or for the benefit of the
minor wards so much of the income and principal of the minor's
. share of the said property as it, in its sole discretion, deems
advisable for the minor's comfort, maintenance, support and
~plate education, including preparatory, college and post-graduat
or professional training, and to aid the minor in the event of an

injury or other emergency affecting the minor wards wherein
money is needed.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
