That the said Mary Chester was survived by the following heirs, all of them being ove~ the age of twenty-one years and sui juris: a. Marilyn Lou Fiedler Nicholson, niece b. Mary Jane Fiedler-'Edwards, niece c. Thomas Latta Fiedler, nephew 3. That no Letters Testamentary have been granted in the Estate of Mary Chester, Deceased, and there is no comtemp:nttton of having any Letters Testamentary granted in the said estate. 4.
