minor by your Honorable Court on December 9,1949,at No.~6,November Term,1949 o.C.
Washington Union Trust Company,having elected to go into voluntary liquidation,
filed its First and Final Account to No.13-63 of 1954 o.C.and submitted its resig-
nation;whereupon,your Honorable Court accepted said resignation and,on April 23,
1954,at the same number and term,appointed Peoples First National Bank and Trust
Company .(now Pittsburgh Niitional Bank)as Successor Guardi.an of the estate-of this
minor.
