grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY,unto the said
William C.McMurray
committing unto Him the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels,rights and credits,which were of said deceased,and requiring Him
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office,at Washington,within ninety
days from the date hereof,and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof,and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
NAN C.McMURRAY
I,NAN C.McMURRAY,widow,of the Village of McMurray,
Peters Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind,memory and understanding,do make,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all testamentary writings heretofore
made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral expenses
and the expenses of administering my estate be paid as soon after my decease
as may be practicable.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath unto my son,WILLIAM
C.Mcl\1URRAY,my house and lot,in which I now reside,situate in the Village
of McMurray,Peters Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being the
same premises devised to me by my late husband,Joseph H.McMurray,and
as later awarded to me in the distribution of his estate by the Orphans'Court
of Washington County in its Adjudication and Decree and Schedule of Distribution
dated March 18,1958,and filed to No.280 of 1957 A. A.of said Court,being
identified as "Item 1"of the real estate awarded to me therein,together with all
my furniture,fixtures and household effects which are in my said residence at
the time of my death,including books,bookcases,paintings,pictures,statuary,
plate,silver,china,beds,bedding,linen,crockery,cooking utensils,consum-
able stores,and other household articles,together with any insurance carried
thereon,he to have and to hold the same to his own use,absolutely and forever .

TIDRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my property,
real,personal and mixed,of whatever nature and wheresoever situate,which I
may own or shall have the right to dispose of at the time of my death,I give,
devise and bequeath,in equal shares,unto my two sons,WILLIAM C.
McMURRAY and JAMES D.McMURRAY.

FOURTH:I direct that all taxes,and interest and penalty
thereon,that may become payable by reason of my death with respect to the
property c0mprising my gross estate for tax purposes,whether or not such
property passes under this Will,shall be paid out of the principal of my residuary.

LASTLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,WILLIAM
C.McMURRAY,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,and I direct
that he shall not be required to file any bond or enter any security in any juris-
diction in which he may act.

The said Nan C.McMurray,widow,died seized of the foregoing
