1.All of my just debts and funeral expenses shall
be paid as soon after my decease as convenient.
2.All the rest and residue of my estate I devise
and bequeath to my husband,Clyde M.Watson,if he is living and
if he is living I appoint him executor of this Will.If my
husband has predeceased me,however,I devise and bequeath the
entire residue of my estate in equal shares to my three children,
Clyde M.Watson,Jr.,Robert F.Watson,and Elizabeth Carlisle,
and I appoint said three children executors of this Will.
IN WITNESS ~VF~REOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this ~day of February,1961.
