,ITEM I.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as ~oon

ITEM II.I hereby give.devise and bequeath all of the property of which I
may die seized to my children,',Kazmier Kurek.Theodore Kurek and Carolyn Kurek.
share and share alike.I am doing it in t~is manner as the other children have
received more and these three children have remained at home and have done much
to support my husband and myself.
ITEM ill.In the event any of the aforesaid children should predecease me.
I hereby give.devise and bequeath the share of'one so predeceasing me to my
daughter.Julia Friend.In the event all three of my children.I<.azmier.Theodore.
and Carolyn should predecease me.I revoke the bequest to Julia Friend and devise
my property to all surviving children.share and share alike.
ITEM IV.I hereby nominate and appoint my son.Kazmier Kurek.as Executor
of this my Last Will and Testament.In the event he should be unable or unwilling to
serve.I hereby nominate and appoint my daughter.Carolyn Kurek.as Executrix of
