PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
AND NOW comes ALICE B.BOYER,Administratrix of the
Estate of KENNETH L.BOYER,and petitions your Honorable Court
as follows:
1.That the decedent,KENNETH L.BOYER,died in-
testate on October 29,1967,a resident of R.D.#1,Venetia,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,at the age of 22.
2.That on the date of his death,the decedent was
not married and left ,to survive him are his mother,ALICE B.BOYER
your petitioner,and his father FRANK BOYER.The decedent re-
sided with his parents at R.D.#1,Venetia,Pennsylvania.
3.Letters of Administration were issued on his
estate by the Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania to Alice B.Boyer on October 21,1968.
4.That Alice B.Boyer,as Administratrix,filed
suit in the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County at No.477
September Term 1968 A.D.to recover for the death of the decedent
under both the Wrongful Death Act and the Surviva.l Action.
5.That upon approval of the Court of Common Pleas,
Alice B.Boyer compromised and settled the claim at the number
and term above recited,and upon Order,the sum of $1,880.00
was allocated to the Estate of the decedent under the Surviva.l
Act.
6.That the total assets of the decedent at the time
of his death consisted of the following:

11.811 shares,united Funds,Inc.

7.That the Administratrix has been required to
spend the following sums which have arisen out of the death of
the decedent:
(a)Edward B.Gary,funeral $1,655.00
(b)Jefferson Memorial Park,grave and marker 440.00
(c)F.J.Buckley Insurance Agency,bond 10.00
(d)Russell Marino,filing petition 10.00
$2,115.00
8.That because the debts of the decedent's estate
exceed its assets,the estate is therefore insolvent,and your
petitioner"has ,no further action to take on behalf of the said
estate.
9.That this petition is made in accordance with
Section 202 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949 as amended.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable court
to enter an Order approving the payment of the expenses and ex-
cuse your petitioner from further liability as a fiduciary in
this estate.
