Dear Mr.Hana:
I have just checked with the Secretary of the Catholic
Sloyak Ladies'Union,Mrs.Andrew Stanko,and she advised me that
$1,000.00 was paid to the Executor for funeral expenses in the
above estate.Therefore,our funeral expenses listed in the Audit
Petition should be deducted by $1,000.00.
The Executor,at this time,wishes to claim his fee for
services as Executor of $350.00.This should wind up this estate.

the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW,THEREFORE,I,Russell Marino ,Register as aforesaid,do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY,unto the said
George Pacinda
committing unto Him the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels,rights and credits,which were of said deceased,and requiring Him
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office,at Washington,within ninety
days from the date hereof,and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof,and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth .relating to inheritance taxes.

Pennsylvania}'do hereby make my Last Will and Testament,and revoke all
Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my funeral expenses are to be paid by my
son George Pacinda,from the proceeds which he will receive from a death
benefit"certificate issued upon my life by the First Catholic Slovak Ladies .
Union,wherein he has been designated as beneficiary of such death benefit.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real
and personal}I give,devise and bequeath to my following five children:
George Pacinda,Anna McGuirk,.Michael Yurko,Margaret Pierce,and Helene
Porter,their heirs and assigns,share and share alike.
THIRD:I constitute and appoint my son George Pacinda as Executor
of this,my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOFI I,ANNA YURKO,the Testatrix above
named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this Tenth day
of May,A.D.,1957.
